Dr. Felicia Otchet graduated cum laude from Smith College in 1991.  She completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Cincinnati in 1996.  She has been employed at London Health Sciences Centre for more than 15 years.  Dr. Otchet also has two adjunct faculty appointments at the University of Western Ontario.  She has provided clinical supervision to more than 25 students.  Dr. Otchet has taught a graduate level course in Cross Cultural Psychology at the University of Western Ontario and has a strong interest in serving clients from a variety of ethnic and religious backgrounds and sexual orientations/inclinations.  Dr. Otchet has also acted as a consultant psychologist for community agencies in the London area (e.g., SEARCH in Strathroy, CMHA Elgin St. Thomas, Wellspring London, WOTCH), where she provides psychological consultations for complex clients, as well as feedback and education for staff and administration.  Dr. Otchet maintains a private practice in which she sees adults presenting with a range of health and/or mental health concerns, including medical and/or psychological disability, acute and/or chronic pain, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, posttraumatic stress, and gender identity disorder.  She has particular interests in adjustment to illness and injury, in trauma and resilience, and in coping with life transitions.
